Reiki classes
Reiki I is a 1 day class. Reiki (pronounced: ray-key) is a Japanese word meaning "Universal Life Energy" and uses the hands to direct these energies to help or heal someone who is ill. Everyone is born with Reiki. It is the energy of life itself. Reiki is both powerful and gentle. After receiving Reiki, one usually feels a deep sense of calm, relaxation, and well-being. Reiki can heal by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field and charging them with positive energy. It raises the vibratory level in and around the physical body, where the negative feelings and thoughts are attached. Reiki breaks apart the negative energy and it falls away. Thus, Reiki clears, strengthens, and heals the energy pathways. This allows the life force to flow in a natural and healthy way, promoting a balancing of body, mind and spirit. Reiki Master/Teacher is a 2 day class in which you will:
- learn about the founder and history of Reiki
- learn and practice the hand positions to Reiki yourself
- learn and practice how to scan the body to discover imbalances and congestion
- learn about chakras and practice how to use a pendulum to measure their strength
- learn and practice hand positions to Reiki others
- you will receive 4 Reiki attunements
Reiki II is a 1 day class in which you will:
- review Reiki I: history, hand positions and scanning
- learn 3 Reiki symbols: the power symbol, the emotional-mental symbol and the distance symbol
- learn about and practice the microcosmic orbit
- learn how to perform and practice distance Reiki for people and animals
- learn how to incorporate Reiki II symbols in a Reiki session
- hone your intuitive skills during Reiki sessions
Reiki Master/Teacher is a 2 day class in which you will:
- review Reiki I material
- review Reiki II material and master the use of the 3 Reiki II symbols
- review the history of Reiki
- review and practice the microcosmic orbit
- learn the Master and attunement symbols and how to use them
- learn the secrets of Raku-Kei
- experience the Water Ceremony
- receive the Master Attunement
- learn and practice a Reiki I, Reiki II and Reiki Master Attunements.

the power of the shaman workshops
Basic Workshop is a 2 day workshop
During this workshop, participants are will be taught shamanic journeying which is the core of shamanic universal practices. Through experiencing the shamanic state of consciousness assisted by drumming and movement techniques, participants will be initiated into journeying for problem solving and healing. These journeys can awaken latent spiritual abilities and the ability to connect with Nature as we once did. Participants will journey to non-ordinary reality to the lower, middle and upper worlds to communicate with your Power Animal, to discover and communicate with your spiritual teacher and to see Mother Earth through the eyes of a Shaman. Through your discoveries and the discoveries of other participants, you will compile much information on how to heal yourself, others and Mother Earth.

Beyond Death & Dying is a 2 day workshop. Prerequisite: Basic Workshop
During this 2 day workshop, participants will learn how to deal with the issue of dying and the destiny of souls from a shamanic perspective. This workshop was developed for those who would like to expand their knowledge of death, dying and beyond, not only for themselves, but for others who are terminally ill or for those who have already transitioned. Participants will journey and become familiar with the after-death realms, assisting a person to transition and will learn how to perform psychopomp. Through journeying and discussion, participants will truly become more comfortable with death, dying and the beyond.

Shamanic Extraction healing is a powerful healing method for treating localized pain and illness due to spiritual factors. The Shaman Practitioner learns to see, sense and then remove the spiritual cause of the pain and illness. This is an important part of shamanic healing training and it is not done through journeying. It is done working here in the middle world in an altered state of consciousness.

Soul Retrieval is a 2 day workshop. Prerequisite: Basic, Extraction & Beyond Death & Dying
From a shamanic perspective, people who are not spiritually power-filled are prone to accidents, illness and misfortune. Whenever anyone has suffered a traumatic experience may lose a portion of their soul, of their spiritual essence. Other types of trauma that could cause soul loss in our culture would be any kind of abuse, being in a war, surgery, addictions, divorce, or death of a loved one are some other examples. Basically, any event that causes shock could cause soul loss. In this workshop, participants will learn about soul loss and soul retrieval from a shamanic perspective emphasizing on the importance of shamanic power to do a successful soul retrieval. Participants will also learn how to re-empower a client's soul after it has been returned so that the client is once again spiritually power-filled, leading to greater health and well-being. Because effective soul retrieval practice is based in shamanic power, which comes from strong connections with helping spirits and advanced practice in shamanism, participation in this program requires advanced practice in shamanism.

Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki® is a 3 day class. Prerequisite: Reiki Master Certification
This class is the next step after Reiki Master and is both a practitioner and a Master class. Those that take the class will be able to use the symbols in their Reiki sessions and teach all levels of Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki®. It is complete with eight practitioner symbols, one master symbol, three ignitions and two mediations that are guided directly by the Holy Fire®. Karuna is a Sanskrit word translated to mean "compassionate action" and was developed by William Rand. A brief description of the four Karuna I symbols is given here: The first symbol prepares the client for deep healing and is useful with past life issues. It helps release karma and deeply seated issues on the cellular level. The second symbol heals deeply and can be used to breakup the negative patterns we unconsciously use to insulate ourselves from the truth, thus shattering delusion and denial. It heals the shadow self. The third symbol fills the person with love and restores balance. The fourth symbol completes the treatment by bringing the client back into the body and grounding. The Karuna II symbols are of a higher vibration and more powerful. They help connect directly with the Higher Self and work on a deeper level. Esoteric Healing Esoteric Healing is an art and a science calling for the use of the mind, but not the emotions, in the served of the intuition, for the purpose of transforming matter with life energies to bring about change that will benefit the whole. From Alan Hopking's Esoteric Healing book: "Esoteric Healing is the release of the soul so that its life can flow through the chakras and corresponding endocrine glands." Esoteric means hidden and implies that which lies behind or is further within. Esoteric Healing is healing from within. It addresses the cause of disease rather than the symptoms. Disease occurs when the body is insufficiently nourished and unbalanced by the energy from the soul. This healing art calls the life of the soul into conscious activity with the person’s life. Alice Bailey is considered the founder of Esoteric Healing who channeled Djwhal Khul. In the late 80’s early 90’s Brenda Johnston, coordinated it in England, through meditation, interpreted Alice Bailey’s channeled information. In England, most Esoteric Healing is done with the client sitting and practitioner standing behind. My instructor and mentor, Diane Roach, instructor took classes from them, but wasn’t England certified, so her instructor as well as mine calls it “Soul focused Healing.”
I also like to describe Esoteric Healing as using Sacred Geometry, like triangles, to heal the body. I've added this technique to all of my sessions which has produced amazingly outcomes.
